Book keeping, Payroll and VAT
Keep your ‘business finances in order' and know what is going on each month in relation to your bank, cash, debtors, creditors, payroll and VAT.
We will collect the data ourselves and do the work in the office or we can work in your office using your systems.
Cost Range: €350 - €750 per month

Express Management Accounts
We establish key performance measures and provide early information on how you are performing each month.
We establish some proven procedures to ensure your invoices get sent out and your money collected.
We train your staff to use simple accounts packages like TAS, Quick Books and Sage to capture the data.
We establish with you some simple budgets for the coming period and a review process to review how you are doing.
We produce full Management Accounts to your specification and produce an audit file at the end of the fiscal year if necessary.
Cost Range: €1,000-€1,500 per month after set up

Outsourced Financial Management

We can supply an experienced individual, who will work with you a day a week or 2-4 days a month. This person will help you & your key staff to establish and maintain strong financial control disciplines in your business.
Cost Range: €1,000-€2,000 per month

Interim Finance Manager

We have a number of staff who have provided this service over many years and access to many more.
Cost Range: Cost will be a mark-up on salary. This will be discussed on an individual basis.

Contract Staff
"Somebody has left or is on leave or there is a particular piece of project work needs doing in a hurry".
This is a good way of getting to know the capability of new staff. Many of our interim/contract staff end up getting permanent roles.
We have a number of excellent staff who can slot into short term assignments.
Cost Range: Cost will be a mark-up on salary. This will be discussed on an individual basis.

Usually done to raise finance it can also be used to galvanise an organisation into creating a plan of action.
We facilitate a well established process which has been continuously fine tuned over the last 20+ years.
We have been very successful in raising significant equity and loan investments over the last two years.
